After installing IMTA please make sure that you complete the following steps to automate future invoice generation in few clicks.
Note: Don't worry, following step would be done only once (normally) while setting up the program. All the listed steps below should take between 15-20 minutes at the most.
Please add a money agent, for example if you are using MoneyGram™ to send money then MoneyGram™ should be added to your agent list. Please note that IMTA supports several Agents to be added simultaneously, to provide you the choice between different agents.
Step 2 - Add the countries you wish to send money to
After the Agent has been added, add the countries you wish to send the money to. Please note that IMTA is very flexible and will let you add or delete as many as countries possible.
Step 3 - Agent's Operating Region
Once the Agent and Country has been added, the operating region of the Agent can be defined. For example MoneyGram operating regions could be U.K, Germany, Africa, Pakistan, India and etc.
After Agent's Operating regions are set then the "Exchange Rates" for that region could be set, to work out your commission during a sales quote or a transaction.
Step 5 - Enter Your Business information
Enter your business information, this information will be shown on your final print-out of invoice.
